Seriously, who gave my kids Crack for breakfast?
I have always had low blood pressure, with the exception of being pregnant with Diva. Low. Like very low, like 76/80. Even after a car crash that left me with permanent brain damage, while smoking a cigarette, it was well below normal, when it should have been high. The EMS people were stunned. Really glad I don’t smoke anymore.
The new phone Hubs got me has a heart beat monitor, so I thought I’d give it a try. The week before school was out, every time I checked, it was in the good, normal range. The last week, however, it has been at the end of the scale. This morning, for instance, it is at 115 bpm.
I’m adding video, just so you all can see just WHY it is so high. But, I’ll take you through the morning, this far.
Boo & Diva are having the time of their lives. Racing, running, jumping, and screaming through the house. Anarchy, destruction, and utter chaos. Hopping from one activity to another as rapidly as a wildfire fueled by the Santa Annas.
My only guess is that being pent-up in the house all day yesterday while TS Bill raged through North Texas, they have untapped energy. I really can’t explain why this happens every other day, though. All I know it’s that this Mom had better come up with some hard core strenuous activities before I stroke out.
How do you handle crazed kids? I’m going to take a Clonipin, and hope for the best.
